After fulfilling her studies at the Conservatoire in Bordeaux Véronique Bonnecaze entered the « Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique » from where she graduates with a « Premier Prix » in both piano and chamber music. She is prize winner and laureate of several international piano competitions. She is currently concertizing in Europe, Asia and the United States.

Her discography is rich and has been receiving many awards by the music press (Chopin – 24 Etudes, Liszt – Années de Pèlerinage , Debussy album) Since 2010 she is conducting a piano class at the « Ecole Normale Alfred Cortot » in Paris. She is often invited to give master classes in Japan and Europe and also as jury member of international piano competitions.

Véronique Bonnecaze is founder of the « International piano competition France-Amériques » and president of EPTA-FRANCE.
