Florian Noack

Already at a an early age, Belgian pianist Florian Noack has been recognized for the originality of his programmes, his passion in the defense of rarely-played pieces of the repertoire, and the virtuosity of his transcriptions of orchestral works. He received awarded from ECHO Klassik (Young Artist of the Year), Diapason d’Or of the year, Octave de la Musique (Artist of the Year), and International Classical Music Award.

His career brings him in numerous festivals in Europe, China, United States, Japan, South Korea, and Mexico.

Florian Noack is also a laureate of many international competitions, among which the International Robert Schumann Competition, the International Music Competition Cologne, and the Rachmaninoff International Competition for Pianists.

He is the guest of the Orchestre Royal Philharmonique de Liège, the Orchestre National d’Île-de-France, the Belgian National Orchestra and the Orchestre Royal de Chambre de Wallonie. Florian Noack studied at the Musikhochschulen of Cologne and Basel with Vassily Lobanov and Claudio Martínez. He has also worked with Ferenc Rados and Rita Wagner.
